Board of Directors

The Shore Board of Directors is responsible for the overall governance of the organization. For example, the Board sets policy that conforms with all required regulations and laws; establishes annual budgets, including tuitions and other fees; and sets the salary and benefits’ package for Shore employees. The Shore Board is comprised of one, appointed School Committee member from each of our member school districts: Cambridge, Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Revere, Saugus, Somerville, and Winthrop.
