District Trainings
This training series is broken down into five sessions that could be trained collectively for 10 PDPs; or trained individually as a district desires.
Paraprofessional Series
The goal of these sessions is to provide professional development for para-professionals to increase knowledge of their role in the classroom, identify commonly used special education terms and various diagnosis’ that are in their classrooms, learn to modify the student’s curriculum, and to recognize and respond to specific behavior strategies. Topic areas can be expanded or revised based on identified needs.
Technology Series
The goal of these sessions is to provide professional development for teachers to increase their capacity to implement technology and media-based lessons for effective classroom instruction. The series is designed as a starting point for the novice user as both a pedagogical and practical approach to computer and media aided instruction. Topic areas can be expanded or revised based on Identified needs.
